How does the referral program work?

By referring a friend or colleague, you both stand to benefit. Your referral receives Rs 250 off, and you earn a Rs 150 bonus for each successful referral, with a total bonus earning ceiling of Rs 1,650-2,250.

How soon can I start referring my friends?

Referral programme comes into effect only after the Super-Early Birds get sold out. You can log into your own space via the DesignUp site to start the referral flow. You’ll also be notified once this opens up

How many people can I refer?

There is no limit on the number of people you can refer, to maximize the chances of more people signing up, you can refer more! However, referral bonus is capped at Rs 1,650 for Priority Pass and Rs. 2,250 for Priority Pass Plus.

What can I do with the earned referral bonuses? How can I redeem them?

You can redeem your referral bonuses against various add-ons such as Workshops, Masterclasses, DesignUp merchandise, or even use them for Pass renewals for the following year (2025). In the event you have not been able to purchase the Super Early Birds or Early Birds - you can combine your discount (see point 5) with the referral bonus to get a discount on the current price of the ticket.

The secure login to your own profile section gives you details of the referrals and bonuses accrued. You will use the same section to buy add-ons et al and while doing so, can redeem the points.

Until when is the current pass valid?

The current DesignUp Priority Pass is valid until December 31, 2024, providing ample time to make the most of the exclusive benefits and discounts.

Can I cancel or get a refund on a Priority Pass?

Priority Passes are unfortunately neither cancellable nor refundable. However tickets, discounts and benefits accrued using the Priority Pass may be transferred - even right upto 48 hours before the event! Given the benefits, discounts and limited availability, we anticipate demand for these.
