I’m passionate about answering the question:
“How can business generate happiness and reduce suffering in the world?”
I believe that role of design strategy and research is to align stakeholders to create value for users and the business by answering the question above.
Over the last 16 years, I have driven innovation in corporates and civic organisations like Grab, Singapore Airlines, FedEx, Heineken, ING and the White House by thoughtfully designing products and services based on rigorous user research.
When I am not using my head, heart, and hands to hack design, you can find me trying to break my personal Kipling pull-up record at my local CrossFit gym, doing yoga in my living room or baking my grandma’s pound cake (I keep her recipe in my wallet).
